Here's a quick and simple guide on farming up karma in Cursed Shore.

Available boosts:
50% Karma Booster (75 Gems for 1 / 275 Gems for 5)
15% Guild Karma Booster
5% Guild Banner Booster

The simple goal is to start at Plinx 1 and get as many events done before the Champion Risen Abomination dies.

Once that event ends Plinx 1 will respawn in exactly 10 mins. During this time i recommend heading back to Plinx 1 and logging out, doing this will reset your DR and you will never hit DR.

One Karma Booster (including logging in and out) will last 1 hour 30 mins during which you can farm up to 30k karma and 2-4 gold in loot. I recommend using the time people are killing the Abomination to sell and clean your inventory.

This is the route i did non-stop to farm up about 800k karma for my legendary Bifrost, i'm happy to answer any questions and happy farming!

I've been doing this for a while now though I'm not really going for a legendary at the moment.

My question for you is... How much magic find are you using? are you using 5 pirate runes and 1 traveler? or all traveler?

This is definitely great for karma, but I'm more interested in gold farming.

Do you recommend this path for farming loot, or is there something else you like doing for that purpose?

18% from Magic Find Armour (Rare level 80 set)
50% from 5 Superior Runes of the Pirate
10% from 1 Superior Rune of the Traveler

3% from Magic Find Staff (Exotic level 80)
15% from Superior rune of Luck

35% from Trinkets (Masterwork level 80 with 4% gems instead of 3%)

30% from Omnomberry bar

161% Magic Find total.

The Route is one of the best for gold farming that i found, you could probably break off doing Plinx 1, 2 and 3 for Shelter event and constantly looking out for Grenth.

That's pretty close to what I'm using for MF except i use Peach Tarts (26% MF) and I don't think my trinkets are quite as good. I was asking mostly because I was not averaging as much gold as you. I don't ever think i've ever gotten 4 gold in 1.5 hours. I would say that I average around 1.5g to 2g with a max of about 3g with some good drops. I run in groups and am tagging effectively but i guess its possible that the others I picked up are not being very efficient.

I was actually hoping you were wearing the full traveler set of runes because I heard a few people saying that you average more gold even though you lose the 10% in MF.

the 40% more gold from monster drops the bars give do really make a difference. I was using peach tarts too because im a cheapy cheapy but after giving one ago i noticed a huge increase in coin (usually 1s - 1s 23c a mob)

They pay for themselves in no time and 4% more mf + more gold on drops helps alot. Always be in a squad as you will get more loot from that and this is on my necromancer and there the king of DE tagging too.
