Kalkatorrik's Legacy

Recommended Level: 50

Area: Blazeridge Steppes

Pre Events:

Closest Waypoint: Guardian Stones

Escort The Sentinel Squad to the Vigil Camp in Lowland Burns

Level 49

Simple escort event with 4 sentinel allies.

Collect Siege Weapon Pieces for Crusader Blackthorn

Level 47

Search for Siege Weapon parts with in the event area, they will be found around the floor as well as can be found as loot drop from killing Ascalonian Ghosts with in the target event area.

Final Event: Slay the Shatterer

Closest Waypoint: Lowland Burns

Level 50

Kill The Shatterer, Kalkatorriks's lieutenant, he spawns branded rock dogs and gryphons. Underneat the hindlegs is a constant AOE area that makes it really hard to res people so try your best to stay near the right and left fore legs or stay near the head. Massive damage areas right infront so it is suggested that you stay on the sides of the dragon at all times. At time he will create crystal prisons, destroy these right away because they can explode and they freeze people which drops dps in the event. When Shatterer becomes invulnareable he will spawn crystals again in a semi circle infront of him, destroy these as quick as possible as they help The Shatterer Regenerate health.

Acheivement:

For the acheivement here you must destroy 8 crystal prisons this may take some time but don't give up just keep destory Crystal prisons

Tequalt The Sunless

Recommended Level: 65

Area: Sparkfly Fen

Pre event: N/A

Closest Waypoint: N/A

Final event: Defeat Tequatl the Sunless

Closest Waypoint: Splintered Coast

Level: 65

Tequatl is the only Dragon champion so far that doesn't have a full Meta event just the dragon spawn. He has several attacks, one is a ground pound that spawns fingers of tequatl, theses are semi aggressive mobs that have knock back. When you are downed if possible the Fingers of Tequatl are the best  to target due to their low health and defense making it easy to rally. Another attack is when Tequatl flys up in the air he shoots condition AOEs indicated by red circles and green clouds on the ground do your best to stay away from these, the condition stack an the Poison DOT will kill you in a matter of seconds. Tequatl also spawns many risen mobs, the most troublesome of theses mobs are the bloaters, when they die or explode they cause the same condition/DOT AOE effect that Tequatl shoots down when he flys. When Tequatl roars it causes fear he can also spawn a bone wall that will block him from the Asuran Mega Laser that causes Tequatl to be stunned. When fighting Tequatl the strategy is simple, have a group guarding the Laser because it has low health and defense so it can be taken down quickly but it is a pivotal defense point to ensure a quick and timely dispatch of Tequatl. The lower then recommended Level and a group should stay back on the Turrets have the lower level people on the turrets and the rest defending the area from Risen mobs. Within the vicinity of Tequatl have the long range target Tequatl's head and draw the bloaters away from the Melee DPS that will be clustered at each of Tequatl's arms. When a wall spawns Have one party of 5 people break off from DPS on Tequatl to break the wall to ensure that turret dps reaches Tequatl and the way is clear for the Mega Laser. The Laser must be defend 2 minutes 30 seconds at a time per fire, once the Laser fires and it makes contact with Tequatl he will be stunned and the Melee DPS will be able to target his head. When Tequatl is stunned he take increased damage and does not attack, take avantage of this situation and Zerg the head. As long as the Laser is intact it will fire consitantly after each firing.

Achievement:

To get the Achievement for the Tequatl event, you simply need to stand near the Laser and wait for it to fire. It is always best to have the group defending the Laser should be filled with people new to the Event so that they can defend the Laser and get the Achievement.

Breaking The Claw of Jormag

Recommended Level: 80

Area: Frostgorge Sound

Pre event:

Closest Waypoint: Earthshake Waypoint

Destroy the Dragon Crystals

Level: 80

There are 4 beginning crystal spawns that appear simultaneously surrounding the landingzone for The Claw of Jormag. Each crystal spawns different mobs, The one closest to Earthshake Waypoint spawns Icebrood Goliaths and Elementals, The Dragon Crystal to the North West spawns Corrupted Kodan and Quagaan, The Dragon Crystal just west of the First crystal spawns Icebrood Trolls, The Crystal Furthest west spawns Icebrood Collossus, Icebrood Seers, and Icebrood Claymores

Lure the Claw of Jormag by the destroying the final dragon crystal

Level: 80

This event is the last Dragon crystal it spawns Icebrood Elementals and Icebrood Wolves once this crystal is destroyed its a matter of seconds before The Claw of Jormag lands.

Final Event: Defeat the Claw of Jormag

Closest Waypoint: Earthshake Waypoint

Level: 80

The Claw of Jormag is Jormag's Champion and when he first lands a ice wall spawns as well as a large AOE DOT about 400 dps each time. Near the turret point there are two weapons you can pick up a Bazooka and a grenade packs, Its the grenade pack has AOE and mid range dps, these are best for dealing with the mini crystals and Mob spawns, the Bazooka is long range DPS and best for Dealing with the ice shield. The ice shield does get bugged at times and half of the targetable zone gets stuck underground, if it is the best thing to do is grab a bazook and stand a distance away from the ice shield till you can target it and blob there its generally in the Gap for the icewave attack he does. When the Claw of Jormag has the Icewall up he cannot be targeted, and He can roar that causes Fear, he summons mini crystals that summons Icebrood elemental Veteran mobs. He also has an Ice wave attack that knock you back to the Turret zone if your not in the gap area that is in the middle of the slop. Once the wall is down Jormag will be stunned and susceptible to attacks this process will repeat itself till Claw of Jormag is at 45% health. Once it has reached this health it will go into phase 2 where Claw of Jormag's wings will be destroyed and he lands west of his original landing point. Here there will be no wall only a massive DOT zone, for this split into two groups, on group to the left of Claw of Jormag on a ledge that and blob there with long range. A seperate group will be melee DPS and attack the the ice crystals to allow the Golems to stun him. Once Claw of Jormag is stunned he takes double damage.

Achievement:

For Claw of Jormag Achievement you must wait till he reaches 45% health, stand in the blue clouds that indicate where Jormag first landed and wait till He crashes onto you and kills you. You will get achievement and there should be someone there waiting just below that point to res you.
