Bloodlust Nerf - Not So Much Of A Nerf

We'll need to wait a few days to be sure, but it looks like the bloodlust nerf in this patch is insignificant. Bloodlust as a percentage of total points is still about 28%. There was a decrease of only 6-7% with yesterday's patch. The data source I'm using is MOS.

The main focus of the patch was to nerf the stat boost of bloodlust because it was considered to be too strong of a buff especially when 3 stacks where acquired.

Did they level the point gain from bloodlust to 1 point per stomp right across the board from originally where you got a point per stack?
